All beaded on a 0.6mm braided nylon cord and built to withstand the weight of a phone, wallet, or small clutch! Each comes with a clear plastic "T" strap, which goes behind your phone, inside your phone case, with the bottom sticking through the charging port opening at the base of your case. Reattach to your strap after the insert is in place and you're good to go!
