1. Everything we make is either one-of-one or super duper small batch. Everything is handmade, one bead/drop/paint stroke at a time.

2. All hardware used is hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

3. We source our materials (that we don't make ourselves) from local artisans all over the globe - from Peru to South Korea, and everywhere in between!

4. Prices are reflective of materials used & production effort required.

5. All sales are final, but if you have issues with your order (goes missing, breaks, doesn't meet your expectations), please write us a note and we will figure out a way to make it right.

6. Please do not get your VVGG piece wet, the materials we use for jewelry making will tarnish/deteriorate overtime when exposed to water. Treat it kindly!
